Administrative management – is a range of activities regarding the support and management for the Offshore Development Centre. This includes office space, financial management (lawful operations, taxation regulations), providing employees with all the needed equipment (hardware&software), establishing smooth communication process, administration (time tracking and reporting) systems, and other support activities for both the team and the client.
HR – which integrates three important activities: recruitment, training and retention. We are responsible for providing qualified candidates corresponding to your requirements.
